That’s why we are on the lookout for a dedicated and dynamic Technical Director, a key leadership role to help guide our organization and elevate our sport across the province. About the Position

Ultimate Newfoundland and Labrador Inc. is hiring an Technical Director to lead day-to-day operations, organize operational matters, assist the Board of Directors with programming and services, coordinate volunteers, and liaise with stakeholders and partners including sanctioned leagues, club teams, facility operators and the National Sport Organization, Ultimate Canada.

The Technical Director will play a crucial role in our operations to oversee and assist the Board of Directors with day-to-day activities, including coordinating volunteers, and liaising with stakeholders and partners (sanctioned leagues, club teams), facility operators and the National Sport Organization, Ultimate Canada. This position requires a blend of administrative skills and a love for the sport, as the director will also handle website maintenance, membership renewals, and logistical planning for youth provincial tournaments.

Building strong relationships with community centers, schools, and recreational groups will be essential in promoting the sport and increasing participation. Additionally, the Technical Director will support the Board of Directors in fundraising efforts and grant proposals, ensuring the sustainability and growth of Ultimate NL. We are looking for candidates with experience in sports management or non-profit organizations, strong financial management skills, and the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
