2025 PAYUC Player Applications – Ultimate Canada

In 2025 Ultimate Canada will be launching a national team development program to help identify and develop U20 & U24 athletes. As part of the program Ultimate Canada will be sending 4 mixed teams to the 2026 Pan-American Youth Ultimate Championships July 17-20, 2025 in San Jose Costa Rica. 2 of the teams will compete in the U17 division and 2 of the teams will compete in the U20 division.

Players for the teams will be identified and selected by provincial and territorial sport organizations working in partnership with Ultimate Canada. The program aims to have prospects from diverse communities represented in the program to expand opportunities for athlete identification and development across the country.

This application form is for athletes interested in the selection to the National Team Development Program for the 2025 PAYUC from provinces and territories that are not selecting athletes.
