FREE Skill Development Clinics being offered this December

Ultimate NL is excited to be offering two FREE Skill Development Clinics on Tuesday December 7 and 14. Clinics are being held the Techniplex (39 Churchill Ave, St. John’s) from 8:30 p.m. to 9: 30 p.m. Registration is now open!

Anyone 16 years of age and older who wants to improve their ultimate frisbee throwing and offensive skills can register! Whether you are a beginner or competitive player, both sessions are a great opportunity to improve your skills.

Clinic details:

Tuesday, December 7 (8:30 to 9:30pm)

The first session will be a throwing clinic. Players will diversify their throwing skill set by learning more advanced throws including inside-out (IO) throws, outside-in (OI) throws, over the tops, as well as having a chance to practice hucks/longer throws. Players can expect specific feedback from coaches while at this clinic.

Tuesday, December 14 (8:30 to 9:30pm)

The second session will be focused on offensive strategy. Players can expect to practice skills and strategy through various drills and to finish the session with game play.
