Youth fall league announced
Ultimate Newfoundland and Labrador will host a nine-week indoor league for youth players this fall.
Two age groups are available: ages 11-14 (by Dec. 31, 2020) and ages 15-18 (by Dec. 31, 2020).
The league will be held on Tuesdays from 6-7 p.m. from Sept. 22-Nov. 17 at the Techniplex in St. John’s. The cost to register is $80.
This league is a great introduction to ultimate for new players while also teaching fundamental skills and an understanding of the values of the sport for both new and returning players. Earlier weeks will focus on skills development with later weeks moving into games and league play.
All sessions will adhere to our return to play guidelines regarding COVID-19.
