Ultimate NL Membership Workflow Change for Member Leagues

Short term pains for long term gains! Ultimate NL will now be collecting our own PSO fees rather than having the individual leagues collect them and then forward them along to Ultimate NL. We have also adjusted our membership fees to be $30 starting in the summer and $15 in January.
Ultimate NL is the Provincial Sport Organization (PSO) for Ultimate in our province. Ultimate NL’s mandate is to promote the growth and development of the sport of ultimate throughout Newfoundland and Labrador and membership fees help us work toward achieving our goals. For more details on membership fees please visit the Ultimate NL website membership link.
The process is changing for a few reasons and we hope that this transition will have minimal impact on you, the membership. By collecting our own fees, Ultimate NL can maintain an up-to-date record of membership, there is more consistency keeping track between leagues and youth are more easily integrated into both the youth programs and the other leagues.
Ultimate NL fees have also changed. The Ultimate NL membership is from June 1st to May 31st. Previously Ultimate NL was on a tapering system of $30 in June, $20 in September and $10 in January. This has now been altered to $30 in June and $15 in January.
For those members that have registered on the Ultimate NL website, you will already have a registration and password. For those that have not, you will need to set up a new registration. Ultimate NL membership will need to be paid before playing in any of our affiliated leagues (i.e. MZU, SWURL or MAUL). The membership fee is a one-time a year fee and you can play in multiple leagues and tournaments once this membership is paid.
If you have any questions regarding any of this or registration, please feel free to contact president@ultimatenl.ca or tech@ultimatenl.ca.
