Get Ready for Tryouts: STORM 4v4 C4UC Team!
Tryouts for Storm’s 4v4 C4UC Team are set to take place this January 2026. This mixed team will practice from January to April, culminating in a chance to compete at the 2026 Canadian Junior 4-on-4 Ultimate Championships in Montreal, Quebec, from April 11-12, 2026.
We invite high school-aged players, aged 14 to 18 (by December 31, 2026), to showcase their skills at the following tryout dates:
- Saturday, January 3, 2026, 2-4pm – PowerPlex
- Sunday, January 4, 2026, 2-4pm – PowerPlex
- Monday, January 5, 2026, 7-8pm – Techniplex
To participate, all interested players must complete the Registration Form. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, meet fellow players, and represent Newfoundland and Labrador on a national stage.

STORM Junior Provincial Team Training schedule
Training will be at the Techniplex in St. John’s. The schedule is as follows:
- 7-9 p.m. Monday evenings – 1 hour on field, 1 hour off field – sports psych (3-4 sessions)
- 7-9 a.m. Saturday Mornings – 1 hour on field, 1 hour off field – Chalk talk/ strategy sessions.
Additional fitness and conditioning schedules will be outlined by the coaches (additional 2-3 hours per week).
