Ultimate NL Women’s Skill Development Series for 2023 being offered this Spring!!

Ultimate NL is pleased to offer the Women’s Skill Development Series starting this March 14 to May 2, 2023 (8 weeks) on Tuesday evenings from 8:30 to 9:30 pm at the Techniplex (39 Churchill Avenue, St. John’s, NL).

The skill series is designed for female-matching players to help improve and maximize the performance of beginner and intermediate athletes. Led by experienced and knowledgeable instructors, the 2023 Ultimate NL Women’s Skill Series is a learning series focused on drills and skill development to provide female-matching players ages 16 and over the knowledge and insight into key skills that can improve performance in a fun and welcoming space.

You don’t need to have played Ultimate before, so don’t worry if you aren’t a frisbee star yet! You don’t even need to know how to throw to join the series.
