FREE Beginners Clinic

Ultimate NL is putting on a FREE beginners clinic Monday May 23, 2016 from 8-10pm at the Techniplex. Those individuals looking to begin to develop, or further develop, basic skills in ultimate frisbee including forehand and backhand throws, catching, and cutting are encouraged to attend. This clinic is free of charge and is a great opportunity to begin to prepare for the upcoming outdoor season. Join in and encourage your teammates and friends to come out and learn this great game.
