House, Daly named Sport NL award finalists

Two members of the ultimate community in Newfoundland and Labrador have been named finalists for Sport NL’s annual awards: Nick House has been for Executive of the Year and Erin Daly for Senior Female Athlete of the Year.

Daly to compete at U.S. nationals

Erin Daly has earned a spot at the USA Ultimate (USAU) National Club Championships this week. Competing with Iris, a women’s team from Quebec, the squad earned the fourth bid at the northeast regional tournament in Devens, MA on Sept. 21-22.

Daly wins silver at nationals

Erin Daly took home a silver medal from the Canadian Ultimate Championships this year. She averaged 2.29 points per game, the highest of any female player in the tournament.
